Nasty Nurse Part 2, TheNurse Gemma has been severely punished for not being very nice to one of her elderly patients but now Sarah discovers even worse behaviour, she has been slapping him in the face. This time the punishment will be even more severe and will be given with a stout leather paddle. Gemma has to kneel in the chair, raise her uniform skirt and take a good hard thrashing before being stripped of her uniform and made to leave.
